Chess Camp for Children

Chess is a wonderful game for cultivating thinking skills. In December 2005, INPaC conducted three sessions of an introductory 'chess camp' for young beginners from age of 5 to 11 at Gone Fishing café.  From the photos below, the children show us that the ancient game of International Chess is not just a game that demands thinking, focus and concentration, but one that can be fabulously FUN, the way that learning should rightfully be!

To find out more about probably the one and only place in Singapore that seeks to instill the love for playing chess through a fun learning experience, kindly contact Kenny @ kenny@parentsascoaches.net or call +65 9853-5200. We don't promise to make a 'national champion' or 'international grandmaster' out of your child, but we seek to give them a strong foundation in principles as well as interest in a game that they could enjoy for a life time!
